As previous, everythings else was very good
I was notified I needed a service however the car was not yet due so I did waste an afternoon getting off work but the coffee was good
I cannot state how much my dealings with Monty ensure you get this rating. He is an absolute credit to BMW.
Not happy about the length of wait however I absolutely love the fact that the gentleman working outside knew my name on arrival just from my car reg. That is the level of customer service that truly makes a difference
Car was not washed as promised, the fault was not explained - I actually had to ask what the problem was after the keys were given back before being told it was an EGR valve.
When you enter the Fairfield complex you are treated with complete assurance that they are there for your personal satisfaction.
The staff have time for their customers
The person booking my car in over the phone didn't seem very helpful and I felt as though she wasn't listening. For example I said I had a water leak and was repeated back to me as an oil leak
only thing missing was contact at pick up to say vehicle taken (although I had made arrangements at security so not a biggy) - perhaps a little more precision around pick up time
All done punctually and efficiently
Turned up late for initial collection without any contact. Attempted to charge for brake fluid service, when included within service pack. Marked wheels when replacing tyres. Scratched bumper when repairing wheels. Not agreed courtesy car.
Able to make booking for the day I wanted. Work completed swiftly. Was contacted when car was ready for collection. Only minor niggle was that link to video clip made by service technician showing state of car can no longer be sent via text message.
My arrival was not passed by reception to service reception resulting in a delay in passing my car over otherwise it would be higher
co-operative with a courtesy car and timely with the completion of the service and call to inform me to collect.
Was able to buy the car I wanted and dealt with professionally and helpfully

It would have been 5 star but I could not get them to talk on the phone. My first call they were too busy to talk. They said they would call back they didn't. I called again the following day and they were too busy I declined the offer of a call back
My car was serviced under the Service Pack Scheme and was carried out efficiently and in a good time.

The staff were so helpful and attentive towards me. I waited for approx 90 minutes and during this time, I was asked if I needed anything.
Were able to diagnose the problem and fix the car in a time convenient to us.
The car has to be at the garage all day,I know the car isn't worked on all day,Is a system where you can bring the car in and wait if the service is less than 2 hours possible?

Good service but the courtesy car had almost no fuel. I know it's costly if customers do not replace the fuel, but I always return the courtesy car with more fuel than when I collect it as a "thank you" so having to get fuel straight away is annoying

Although car came back from its service on same day, it wasn't washed. The gentleman said it was because you had rather return the same day and I could get it cleaned at a time convenient to me.
The car came back with a fault that was not there when it went in
Firstly on a cost basis, the servicing of vehicles is very high, to the point that I may have to look at alternatives in the future.secondly received poor communication, car was kept 48 hours I did mention this on the follow up call but no action.
I was satisfied - my car was serviced, I was able to work in comfort whilst it was being carried out and everything went smoothly.

The overall experience is very good. But the initial delay before handing over key for standard service on the long side ditto on collection (8-10 minutes)

Car serviced reasonably quickly and washed. Only minor gripe for which I have not scored down was that I would have preferred my seat not to have been moved.

My car's early service-while-you-wait fitted into my working day and was faultlessly executed by Fairfield.
Vehicle was returned quickly and the cost was very reasonable on this occasion.
Although problematic and time consuming, the fault was found and resolved. Especial thanks to Hipolito Montero (Monte) whose communication and ownership of the problem saved me from losing the plot. He was at all times professional and very "human"
They did what I wanted when they said they would. That's all I require.
I would have been happier if the problem with my car had been resolved in 2 visits as opposed to 6. Service never called me back in a timely fashion, I was always chasing them
I feel my car always returns from a service with a new lease of life, I know it sounds silly but it always feels different to drive, it also makes feel that Ive been given value for money.
Car cleaning very basic, boot not done, Adblu quite expensive
I was promised a valuation when approached by phone. Would have taken place during service visit. None was forthcoming....
Despite the car being booked in at 8.00am the car was not ready until after 2.00pm and that was only because I specifically requested this time otherwise it would have been later. In the end the promised valet did not materialise

See above. My only complaint is the cost of the mot which, if I'd known how much it was going to be, I would have had done elsewhere at a far more competitive price.

No call to say my car was ready. As closing time i felt rushed to pay and leave. The service book was not updated since 2015 asked to bring it back rather than update whilst I was there.

The work on my partner's car was completed satisfactorily but issues about the Protect X on my new car were not resolved at the time and are still outstanding.
As previous answer disappointed service could not be completed in full. Will now have to re-book once the conditional service indication turns amber for the remaining service elements required this year.

Car was in for routine service. Dealt with in the usual very efficient manner and staff were welcoming and personable as usual.
I was not informed of my car being kept overnight for it's Mot and service until I phoned at 5.30 (as it was collected at 8.30 am I thought it was a long time) then the service book was not stamped on the return the next day!

Greg spent a lot of time with my Dad and I, giving us all of the information that I needed to make my descision. He was very enthusiast and knew a lot about the chosen car which helped greatly.
Very satisfied, had one small issue with new software addition to the car which was eventually overcome by technical staff.
It was Excellent, I only hoped there were a few things offered, as they could have upsold me to getting cruise control and other small items had I known they were extras.
