Helpful friendly staff and rebilable look after my car
Staff are helpful and take time to ensure satisfaction.
Attended to promptly and courteously.
When collecting the car there was no attempt by the advisor to discuss the repair and was given very little information with the various work carried out. While driving home, I found out the Computer system was reset while checking reverse camera etc
When i returned to pick up my car after servicing i requested if any discount could be applied and is was given a £100 discount without delay. This was a big surprise and was very much appreciated considering the original cost was £680 approx

Staff were polite, but pricing seemed wildly variable and made me feel I might be paying an unnecessary premium. Delay for additional hour was not necessary. Work does however appear to have been done well.
This time I had to wait the whole day until I got my car back from servicing. It was not until 15/20 mins after closing that I was able to have my car back even though I had dropped it off before 08:30.

Quick, efficient and easy. This is my third car from Fairfield and my second from Sofian and he's a pleasure to deal with.
Because of the attention and service I received, everybody is always polite and courteous.
Service and information regarding the work were A1, it would have been nice if the car had been cleaned given the cost!
In order to get a replacement car I'd have to book months in advance...apparently... No shuttle service to local station which I have experienced at other BMW dealers
The service highlighted a nail in a tyre, when I picked the car up I mentioned I took out tyre insurance last year, the service man gave excuses that not all things are covered, I thought he might have checked seeing as I bought from Fairfield.
Good service once the vehicle was booked in. Wait time for a loan car is longer than one would expect.

I booked the car service with 1.5 hour waiting time but actually it took longer (more than 2 hours for the first service of the car). Fairfield Garage offered a free car wash at the beginning of the service but they forgot to do it.
Good service but over complicated for a simple replacement part that I could have simply taken away.
As described above. Massive inconvenience having to drop off vehicles and arrange loan cars, we are based a 30 minute drive away and this is a family car.
Car isn't fixed
When i called and raised my concern and impact of the above (wife's birthday - delayed going out) the service manager agreed to pay for afternoon tea. I submitted the receipt to BMW Fairfield in person but no response. Chased a week later...
MOT quality service from senior mechanic Ivan Baker
It could be a little better. The car was fixed so no complaints there. But the overall customer experience i expected better. I was told they would need the car for 2 days which in reality was 4 but this i think was only because I chased it.

A very welcome and friendly environment to be in.
Easy booking. Very helpful Parts Dept. Offer to fit new registration plate FOC. Service and campaign fix done efficiently. Only adverse aspect was cleanliness of vehicle (worse than on arrival)/was it poorly valeted??
Still waiting for quotes for body shop work. Valet not great inside (boot dirty and dust on dash) but clean outside. Had excellent customer service in dealership.

Our problem was resolved with minimal fuss to us. Good communication throughout. Thanks to the whole team: Kirsty and then Brian in service and to Greg for his impressive duty of care to us over 12 months since he sold us our car.
The whole experience was stress free and we were shown various options for our choice of new car. No pressured sales and we were able to take the car out for a long test drive. Trade in deal was good too and the whole process went very smoothly

Professional and always a pleasant service
The sales advisor was professional and friendly - I was kept up to date with the progress and the scheduled delivery date.
The experience was not too time consuming, nor did I feel rushed. The salesman was excellent, friendly and efficient. Felt very well looked after when collecting my new car, it was lovely.

Very satisfied, would have liked the car earlier obviously but the team did their best.
They were helpful in specifying the car and locating one to fit the specification. The explanation on hand over was comprehensive.
I was welcomed into the dealership like an old friend, the staff actually remembered my name which I really liked. 1 man in particular Mr Styles deserves a special mention, he made sure from the moment I arrived that I was completely looked after.
Sofiane was so helpful and so was the reception staff. In particular one lady who made us feel very welcome, she even remembered us when we came back in to get the car.

Craig our sales advisor was really good at listening to what we wanted and kept us informed on a regular basis. He managed to get the car we wanted and was a great help all the way even sending a video of our new car waiting for us to pick up.

Was welcomed on initial arrival, experience with sales person was very pleasant.
Despite ordering the car 2-3 months before delivery, for some reason the dashboard cameras (front and rear) were not in stockand hence not installed. Also the centre consul lid is scratched and needs replacing.
