My car was in due to a damaged wing mirror, I was told this would only take an hour to repair but when I arrived the consultant advised that the car was due a service so arranged for a courtesy car and both issues were resolved within a day.
Always do a good job. Keep me informed of progress and explain everything. They went out of their way to ensure that I was looked after as a customer.

i still have paper down my air vent making noise with the air vent, gentlemen said to get rid of that he would need to take the dash board out. didnt understand having the car for a week this wasnt done.
At this service they alerted me that one of my rear tyres had a small cut and as I was due for a MOT on 1st March It would need replacing, I shopped around and found BMW tyres much cheaper and Fairfield matched the price, very please with that.
Although we did not have to pay for the faulty part which had already failed previously & wasn't replaced then, the garage time costs of replacing it we have had to pay for, aswell as the breakdown costs of our X6 being towed to our local BMW dealer.
I had to wait a while, but was constantly getting updated on the progress of my car

Booked a Service (Service Agreement), 3 year Warranty Check, and MOT. Whilst the Brake Fluid was changed, and MOT completed, the Service was not due to service indicator reading 1400 (s/b 1000 or less). Not explained prior, and needs rebooking.

Very happy with the service provided
Staff know the cars well and anticipate what you might need. This time a switch had to be replaced for the wing mirrors. The part was quickly ordered and replaced in the car.
I was informed at each stage what was happening including receiving a short video showing the under part of my car. I was welcomed coffee and able to wait in a comfortable area whilst my car was serviced.
Generally I have no complaints with the service I have been given and I would have given 5 Stars had it not been for a few glitches.
Happy with it all but estimate for headlight washer parts is eyewatering.

The car was collected from home for a service and update and was returned washed. Upon collection the update changes were not explained so contacted the dealer and they couldnt have been more helpful.
Even though it was the holiday period they managed to find time to fit me in as problem at critical cannot thank them enough

There are many garages around. some are cheaper and some dearer .What I want is to one that I can rely on so I just phone them up and forget about it.

Only a small slip up on my last experience. When I had an alarm CAT 5 fitted I wasn't informed that I needed to carry a fob with me at all times when I drive the car even though I asked about this before the install.

after owning the car 6 wks, the rear fog light failed and a warning light came on the dash board, i booked 'fast track' to fix this bulb problem but it took them 1 hour 40 to do this small job

On take delivery of new 5 series it became apparent that one of the add-on options was not as specified. Fairfield approached BMW on my behalf, BMW agreed to fix the problem with a retrofit but not until November. Fix great, not a service.

Felt welcomed from the start, couldn't do enough
It was a miserable when we picked up the car. They had it in the showroom so it was presented at its best. We were taken through all aspects of the car and were able to ask questions if we needed. Have no complaints at all about the sales service.

Fantastic customer service as always from Fairfield, particularly Casey & Adrian. We did briefly consider a couple of other makes (Mercedes & Jaguar) but found BMW as always to give the best customer service.
All good service throughout
The centre had a wide variety of cars on display, unlike some dealers. My salesperson (Craig) dealt with my enquiry very professionally and once I purchased the car, he kept me informed throughout, without me ever having to chase.
I had no issues during the purchase or delivery, I was very happy the pick up could be put back a couple of days until the snow had cleared.
Stephanie took the time to make as feel important, sourced they car we wanted and took the time to keep us informed of what was happening and when the car was to be delivered
