Service meet and greet etc fine but complimentary clean awful. No cleaner and more smeared than when I dropped the car off.

Very satisfied with the technical aspects of the service and the personal interaction with the BMW team. Concerned that I arrived to collect my car 2 hours after being told it was ready and still had to wait another hour before I could go.
See above. My only complaint is the cost of the mot which, if I'd known how much it was going to be, I would have had done elsewhere at a far more competitive price.
1. changed front brake pads/discs etc gave clean bill of health on video.2. See above.3.during carwash they ripped the badge off the bonnet, left it inside the car4. After taking car back again and dsc replaced, cigarette pack left inside car

They were very efficient and my car was available to pick up only a few hours after it was dropped off.

No call to say my car was ready. As closing time i felt rushed to pay and leave. The service book was not updated since 2015 asked to bring it back rather than update whilst I was there.

The work on my partner's car was completed satisfactorily but issues about the Protect X on my new car were not resolved at the time and are still outstanding.
As previous answer disappointed service could not be completed in full. Will now have to re-book once the conditional service indication turns amber for the remaining service elements required this year.
Could have gone into detail with what they did on the service and what will need attention on the car soon (brakes, etc.)
I was not informed of my car being kept overnight for it's Mot and service until I phoned at 5.30 (as it was collected at 8.30 am I thought it was a long time) then the service book was not stamped on the return the next day!
Car was in for routine service. Dealt with in the usual very efficient manner and staff were welcoming and personable as usual.

The time scale for the repair to be completed was delayed because of lunchtime breaks. The receptionist,s and parking attendant were great. The show room has a friendly feel to it.

Visited Fairfield to seek advice and trouble shoot a possible problem without having booked 'an appointment'. Technical staff agreed a road test, confirmed a potential fault and diagnosed the problem accurately. Part ordered and repair completed.
I was not completely satisfied because it took four (4) appointments, (three of which Fairfield failed to deliver) to correct a factory flaw relating to the child seat fixtures at the back.
I booked the car in for a specific date, the wednesday of that week as I needed the car for the weekend. Dropped the car in on said date, then heard nothing back until Thursday saying they had only just got it to the garage and would try to get it...

excellent service from this Garage as always - booking in smooth, an excellent elderly man picking up the car who was a good advert for Fairfield and great support from the technical team.
Never had any problems with my car due to excellent regular servicing,and you are also told in advance what will need doing in the near future.
The lack of communication for nearly 72 hours. When service is done, BMW normally does a courtesy car wash and vacuum clean, but it wasnt done.

I was greeting by first name from the member of staff from the servicing team just by looking at my number plate- very organised, polite and professional. Seating the the main reception with a coffee and told exactly what I would be expected.
The culture at this dealership is terrible. Phone calls are very rarely returned particularly from the service dept.
I was greeted as I entered the building and was offers beverages by your team and was then introduced to one of the service team members.
The service was done in a very timely manner, I was also made very welcome.
My vehicle was always returned to me in immaculate condition being valeted and in pristine condition.
I needed my car serviced by a particular time and despite additional work that had to be done, Fairfield BMW delivered. Making one very, very happy customer.

service was fine but I would have liked to be told it would cost £300 for a minor service beforehand. Also the complimentary carwash smeared all of my windows and I had to spend 20 minutes cleaning them again
No information on progress of the service. Was not advised that a reprogramming would result in seat and radio settings being lost.

Service fine but received 2 texts with wrong date. Took several hours to speak to service centre to book date. They did not ring back so had to wait another 20 minutes to get through booked service then was sent wrong date twice.
Outstanding even got a video of the engineer talking about the car
quality of work, only not completely satisfied as unable to open the bonnet although have been asked to visit the centre when suitable.

Never recieved phone call to say when car was ready. I had to chase and told service advisor gone home. I said that i didnt want the car washed, cleary see this ticked on service sheet. When collecting car had to wait because it was being washed!!!!

My car was dropped off at 8.00 in the morning, I was expecting it at 5.00 to collect, it was not ready until 6.20, car was not washed either. No feedback on visual condition of car, e.g tyres, or any concerns for a full service
had to walk home in the rain(unplanned visit-breakdown) no estimated completion for the car, made several phone calls on different days-no call returned-I ended up visiting in my own time to find out whats going on
When i booked in for this recall the first available appointment was over 2 weeks away. As a recall there should be a priority especially as this related to a safety aspect of the vehicle( passenger airbag).
Service completed on time, waited in comfortable area and technician explained current status of vehicle.
I dropped the car off a day earlier for convenience and I was kept in the picture regarding the work to be done
The price I had to pay was reasonable and the car performed better after the service.

When I arranged the service I was not given a time, I did say I will drop off my car sometime in the morning and leave it there all day. When I arrived I found out that I was booked in for 7am. There was also a lack of parking spaces.
Having booked the car in it was postponed by the dealer for 3 days which was an inconvenience as I had it all planned. When I then took the car in for a day I was informed at 4pm that work had not even started and it would take nearly 2 days

Car returnd but no curtesy call. called twice but couldn't get anyone to confirm what had been done. One prob. hadn't been corrected and no info on body shop inspection which later found out hadn't been done. Called service mgr Monday who apologised
