I was unable to visit Fairfield due to illness so Fairfield picked up and delivered my car back
everytime i have been into Fairfield either when buying a car or having a service, it is obvious that they do everything they can for their customers

They did everything I asked and the parts department went out of their way to assist me. They deserve a pat on the back.
I was informed thought of the completion time and the MOT was explained afterwards.
I was left dissatisfied due to the fact that I was not kept up to date with what was happening with my vehicle once you had it. I had an update at 7:30 which was too late and then I had to pick it up the next morning which resulted in me being late
Had a few problems at the start, but Monty sorted them out for me.
Helpful and patience staff
I was kept updated constantly by the staff and nothing was to much trouble. They did not even bill me as they said the issue was so small and they felt they kept me waiting. I was very happy when I left.
I've just had the service and MOT completed. Although I took out a 5 year service contract I still had to pay for items on this service.Additionally, when I now start the car, it alerts me "Next service in 1,300 miles or 03/2019".I'm very confused!
My car was squeezed in at short notice and diagnosed quickly
Took 3 days to do what should have been done in one. I have since had a meeting with Joe Nicholls, the Service Manager to discuss the problems I had.
My car was in for an mot and oil service but is rarely used so hadnt been serviced for a while.Fairfield took the time to check back through its history and advise that other fluids hadnt been changed so this could be rectified,Great service.
After dealing with Fairfield for 40 years their standard has not slipped. As a major BMW garage with lots of pressures from other car manufacturers Fairfield have kept the personal and friendly approach that we found over 40 years ago. Excellent.

I've been a Fairfield customer for 22 years.
I have been bringing my BMW to this garage for the last 4 years and this is the first time I have been treated like a Customer instead of company car driver the service advisor was excellent.

It's been a couple of weeks since my service, my car was booked in on the same day for the body shop to take a look at my broken black kidney grill and get me a price to fix and also look at a couple of marks on my alloy wheels with a price to fix

Polite / courteous and problem resolved under warranty within 24 hours.. Having reported the problem early Thursday am though, it could not be attended to till Monday which was my only (little) gripe.

Couldn't quite give it 5 stars as the valet to the car made the windows very smeary it was as if the cleaning fluid had been spray on and just left It left a very milky white film had trouble seeing through the windows had to wash it again at home
Did not reset service timer and did not get back to me regarding an inquiry about the body shop.
Almost prefect but the car not being ready until the following day left it short of the mark.

Service carried out on time with no hassle
The whole experience was very good. All staff very polite and courteous.Price was also reasonable. Hospitality also very good.
No call back at end of day despite closing within an hour. I had to call to chase. Expected a courtesy call if nothing else, after all car had been with the garage since 9am
Full marks were withheld because we waited two and a half hours, which was longer than advised.
Even got help to park my car in the car park due to snow, by putting grit by and under my rear wheels
very satisfied as service manager explained the procedure and how long this would take.I waited in the showroom whilst the service was taking place and amazed I received a video of the underside of the vehicle as inspection took place.
When bookin in vehicle we were told the job could take between 1-4 hours. On the day we received a visule health check email which proved that the car was not worked until 4pm if job had taken 4 hrs we would not have got the car back

I asked if they could update maps as they had the car for 2 days and I cant upload on to my work computer, I have the map updates till 2019 so not sure why they couldnt help out?

Easy booking, courtsey car and efficient and promote service.
Although the work described above was supposed to take five hours it became clear that warranty work was not properly scheduled so was done when a mechanic was spare. My car was not returned for almost two weeks, which I do not consider reasonable.
Given the earlier comments I would not be able to give abetter experience of the service.

One small issue with my vehicles record has caused some issues, also the record of my vehicle seems to have different name, someone need edumacating for sure....
The brake fluid service is very expensive for what it is so only 4 stars as everything else was very good.

My car was in due to a damaged wing mirror, I was told this would only take an hour to repair but when I arrived the consultant advised that the car was due a service so arranged for a courtesy car and both issues were resolved within a day.

i still have paper down my air vent making noise with the air vent, gentlemen said to get rid of that he would need to take the dash board out. didnt understand having the car for a week this wasnt done.
At this service they alerted me that one of my rear tyres had a small cut and as I was due for a MOT on 1st March It would need replacing, I shopped around and found BMW tyres much cheaper and Fairfield matched the price, very please with that.

Although we did not have to pay for the faulty part which had already failed previously & wasn't replaced then, the garage time costs of replacing it we have had to pay for, aswell as the breakdown costs of our X6 being towed to our local BMW dealer.

Booked a Service (Service Agreement), 3 year Warranty Check, and MOT. Whilst the Brake Fluid was changed, and MOT completed, the Service was not due to service indicator reading 1400 (s/b 1000 or less). Not explained prior, and needs rebooking.

Purchase was fast and little effort involved
Customer Service was excellent. I was kept up to date with the progress of the vehicle and staff were friendly and made me feel welcome. The car was waiting in a private room which was a nice touch and was shown the vehicle controls
The experience overall was enjoyable and professional. There was a delay of over a week from the expected delivery date to the actual delivery, but I was compensated by extra fuel and a discount on roof bars, which placated me.
