The Service team looked after me through, kept me updated throughout and the waiting area with TV, WiFi and Tea/Coffee was excellent.
Service completed quicker than expected/advised BUT-1 Computer not set for next service correctly, new date May set but mileage as 2000 not 10000; 2 Advised nail in rear nearside tyre. At home when checking locking bolt from wheel missing.
Excellence service from the greeting by the parking attendant, who addressed me by name and showed me where to park.Job done in the time frame given, car washed , very good experience.Thank you BMW.
My car was in for a fast lane service I was met in reception after a free coffee and an hour and a half later my car was serviced and cleaned inside and out, you couldn't really ask for more!
They recognised I was in for a service and that I was early. They made me feel very welcome.
Would have been completely satisfied but one week later when looking for some special coins left in my glove box in a white envelope, I noticed these were missing!!!! So far they have failed to find them!!!!!
Fairfield arranged for my BMW to be collected and delivered back to me forthe service. The driver was very polite and efficient in his task. The car felt better to handle on the first journey. Apart from having toreadjust the seat, etc, all was OK
Minor niggles on this visit. I had dealt with the same person for 21 years but he has retired and the service now seems remote and not as conscientious. The attention to detail has gone and some actions were not explained or necessary.
Car was collected from my home. Good service from that point of view.I requested a call to myself as I had a couple of questions I wanted to ask Dan (the person arranging the airbag replacement in servicing I believe !) The call never happened.

I asked for a service as well as the recall work.Two weeks later when I collected the car the service had not been carried out.The change to a new DMS was blamed but this was clearly human error.
Primarily, it is because I had brought the car in the week before and after waiting an hour was told parts would need to be ordered. When I brought it back the following week it appears the part had not been order and the car was with you longer than
Although the car was only booked in for a change to summer wheels it was not given the usual courtesy external wash but the process still took around 1 hour. The staff however were as courteous and helpful. As ever

I waited 50 minutes for a loan car, and I was late for a client appointment as a result. Picked up my car at end of day the seat had been readjusted and a week later I have still not been able to get it right.
Prompt service and informed
As far as I was concerned the service went almost exactly as it was pointed out to me when I delivered the car.
Service completed as start and finishing times stated, coffee and biscuits available while waiting.
The job of replacing the supports for a child seat as ordered by BMW was not done at all and I have to wait for another day. This issue is of no importance to me as I do not carry small children but my time is valuable to me at least.
Easy efficient check in. Comfortable waiting area/coffee/biscuits and opportunity to browse showroom cars!Would be 5 stars but having serviced car was delayed some time for car to be washed. Also had to remind attendant to get service book stamped .

There was a lovely welcome from Mr Thompson - who knew my name - in the car park, staff in the showroom were polite and friendly and the work on the car was carried out promptly. In addition, the car was spotless when I picked it up.

I was dealt with immediately, I was told when the vehicle would be ready for me - and it was to the minute. The showroom and waiting area is an excellent environment to wait whilst the vehicle was being serviced.
Overall friendly and efficient but ran well over time. It would have been helpful to have been kept up to date with progress.Job completed satisfactorily
Always good prompt service. I get a list to the station, a text/phone call and the car is always cleaned too. The only thing that stops me saying 'completely satisfied' is that I had to wait nearly a week for a slot.
From the moment I arrived and there was no where to park and the kind gentleman outside offered to park my car, the friendly receptionist, the lovely coffee, clean and tidy space for me to work in while I wait, the service team and the great video
When car was book in I told them number plate details were wrong. When picking up car it had mot and service with wrong number plate details and had to be released done .have sent email regarding this but still no reply 3 weeks later
The whole process was easy, the waiting area is comfortable and the staff friendly and polite. I would have given 5 stars but it took 1 1/2 hours to change a tyre!

My car came back with a dent, when I called the garage I was told to send an email with photos of the damage, I did this straight away and after numerous phone calls I still have not had a response, it been 2 weeks now!

The chap I saw when I arrived did not know I had a service plan and requested a courtesy car. When he said "have we told you how much the service will be?" was not a great opening!

Everything was so easy to arrange. booking my car in, arranging a courtesy car, dropping the car off, completing the paperwork, to returning the courtesy car and picking up my car again. Also getting videos of my warranty and MOT was impressive touch
Car was booked 2 weeks in advance so as to get in early and have car returned early unless problems. In fact when I phoned after lunch I was told the car had not been looked at because other car were more urgent. Car was finally returned around 4pm.
I look the liberty of down loading the app, to enable me to book the car in on line. Booking was successful.Upon arrival at Fairfield, the member of staff informed me, he knew nothing of my car details.

I feel the overall service was good, but considering I booked a courtesy car it didnt fulfill our needs as a family going forward should have like for like when a courtesy car is needed
When I turned up there was a wait to park as a delivery lorry in. I then checked in at reception and was asked to wait in he seating area. After 15 mins I went back to reception and chased it up. We had booked fast track but it took nearly 2 hrs mot

It was all very rushed . When I booked it in I was under the impression that leaving it at the garage for a few hours was enough to have all of the checks completed. Would be better to give an indication of the time you need the car for as a minimum

I was very satisfied with the service carried out on the car but not so with regard to communication with the adviser allocated to me. The video of inspection of the car lasted 23 seconds so wasn't really useful.

My 3 year old i3 passenger door ceased working. I was told I would probably have to leave my car overnight, in order for the technician to assess the problem and order the part. However, at 5:30pm the same evening I was able to collect my car-great!

Returned car for recall due to faulty air conditioning unit to be told when I went to collect the car they did not have the part. Surely if you recall a vehicle and know what's wrong you have the parts ready?? Now I have to rebook another date
My car which is the third in a row that I have purchased brand new clearly required new wiper blades. I was not called to ask if these should be replaced and I had to point this out when I collected the car along with a missing tyre valve.
The service was carried out as scheduled, the shopfloor/showroom was nicely laid out. Friendly staff, especially the doorman/usher. Car was given a basic clean.
My car came in for a couple of recalls to be done and a loan car had been arranged for me, nothing had been said to me on the phone when arranging the date that I would have to pay for the loan car.
I booked into a 1 hour slot for an MOT and the end of warranty check. I arrived 10 minutes early and booked in. 2 Hours later and still no update and my car was not ready. I asked reception and was eventually told car would be ready after 2 hours 30

Overall the service was fantastic until an oversight regarding paperwork led to the car being released before the finance paperwork had been signed. Hounding me when I'm in the middle of 5 night shifts on critical care isn't what I expect from bmw.

Knowledgeable and helpful.Very pleasant atmosphere in the BMW Centre. A big thank you must go to Casey Lyons, who "steered" us through the handover/sale. It was a brand new model,yet Casey answered all our questions.

Everything went smoothly. I did not feel I had to haggle and work hard to try to get the best deal. I was treated fairly and with respect.
Paul Gower was very good, guiding me through the purchase, assisting in my choice of options which can be quite daunting, the valuation of my trade in, the paperwork and what happens next. The handover of the new car was slick and professional.
