The service was done in a very timely manner, I was also made very welcome.
I was greeted as I entered the building and was offers beverages by your team and was then introduced to one of the service team members.
I needed my car serviced by a particular time and despite additional work that had to be done, Fairfield BMW delivered. Making one very, very happy customer.
My vehicle was always returned to me in immaculate condition being valeted and in pristine condition.
A perfectly undertaken service including a video together with an excellent customer waiting experience.
service was fine but I would have liked to be told it would cost £300 for a minor service beforehand. Also the complimentary carwash smeared all of my windows and I had to spend 20 minutes cleaning them again
No information on progress of the service. Was not advised that a reprogramming would result in seat and radio settings being lost.

Very good apart from time waiting to be seen on check in and collection . Value service for cars 3yrs + not pointed out at time of booking - would have paid a lot more if I hadn't asked about it !

I was given the arranged replacement car for the day. An interesting electric vehicle, the service was completed very quickly and the person I dealt with at the dealer snr Montero was very helpful.
Carried out work required with no fuss
Service fine but received 2 texts with wrong date. Took several hours to speak to service centre to book date. They did not ring back so had to wait another 20 minutes to get through booked service then was sent wrong date twice.

Outstanding even got a video of the engineer talking about the car

Never recieved phone call to say when car was ready. I had to chase and told service advisor gone home. I said that i didnt want the car washed, cleary see this ticked on service sheet. When collecting car had to wait because it was being washed!!!!

had to walk home in the rain(unplanned visit-breakdown) no estimated completion for the car, made several phone calls on different days-no call returned-I ended up visiting in my own time to find out whats going on
My car was dropped off at 8.00 in the morning, I was expecting it at 5.00 to collect, it was not ready until 6.20, car was not washed either. No feedback on visual condition of car, e.g tyres, or any concerns for a full service
Service completed on time, waited in comfortable area and technician explained current status of vehicle.
When i booked in for this recall the first available appointment was over 2 weeks away. As a recall there should be a priority especially as this related to a safety aspect of the vehicle( passenger airbag).
I dropped the car off a day earlier for convenience and I was kept in the picture regarding the work to be done
Numerous call made at best 5% of my calls were returned. Service staff constantly in meetings etc.
Fairfields were professional, friendly and polite and ensured our comfort while we at their premises.
The price I had to pay was reasonable and the car performed better after the service.
When I arranged the service I was not given a time, I did say I will drop off my car sometime in the morning and leave it there all day. When I arrived I found out that I was booked in for 7am. There was also a lack of parking spaces.
Having booked the car in it was postponed by the dealer for 3 days which was an inconvenience as I had it all planned. When I then took the car in for a day I was informed at 4pm that work had not even started and it would take nearly 2 days

Car returnd but no curtesy call. called twice but couldn't get anyone to confirm what had been done. One prob. hadn't been corrected and no info on body shop inspection which later found out hadn't been done. Called service mgr Monday who apologised

I was given a loan car whilst my car was in the garage. When I picked up my car after the service it had been cleaned for me.
The Service team looked after me through, kept me updated throughout and the waiting area with TV, WiFi and Tea/Coffee was excellent.
Service completed quicker than expected/advised BUT-1 Computer not set for next service correctly, new date May set but mileage as 2000 not 10000; 2 Advised nail in rear nearside tyre. At home when checking locking bolt from wheel missing.

My car was in for a fast lane service I was met in reception after a free coffee and an hour and a half later my car was serviced and cleaned inside and out, you couldn't really ask for more!
They recognised I was in for a service and that I was early. They made me feel very welcome.
Would have been completely satisfied but one week later when looking for some special coins left in my glove box in a white envelope, I noticed these were missing!!!! So far they have failed to find them!!!!!
Fairfield arranged for my BMW to be collected and delivered back to me forthe service. The driver was very polite and efficient in his task. The car felt better to handle on the first journey. Apart from having toreadjust the seat, etc, all was OK
Car was collected from my home. Good service from that point of view.I requested a call to myself as I had a couple of questions I wanted to ask Dan (the person arranging the airbag replacement in servicing I believe !) The call never happened.
Minor niggles on this visit. I had dealt with the same person for 21 years but he has retired and the service now seems remote and not as conscientious. The attention to detail has gone and some actions were not explained or necessary.

Good service as always with Fairfield, recall work carried out, despite car over 10 years old.
I asked for a service as well as the recall work.Two weeks later when I collected the car the service had not been carried out.The change to a new DMS was blamed but this was clearly human error.
I waited 50 minutes for a loan car, and I was late for a client appointment as a result. Picked up my car at end of day the seat had been readjusted and a week later I have still not been able to get it right.
Prompt service and informed
Primarily, it is because I had brought the car in the week before and after waiting an hour was told parts would need to be ordered. When I brought it back the following week it appears the part had not been order and the car was with you longer than
Although the car was only booked in for a change to summer wheels it was not given the usual courtesy external wash but the process still took around 1 hour. The staff however were as courteous and helpful. As ever

As far as I was concerned the service went almost exactly as it was pointed out to me when I delivered the car.
Service completed as start and finishing times stated, coffee and biscuits available while waiting.
The job of replacing the supports for a child seat as ordered by BMW was not done at all and I have to wait for another day. This issue is of no importance to me as I do not carry small children but my time is valuable to me at least.

There was a lovely welcome from Mr Thompson - who knew my name - in the car park, staff in the showroom were polite and friendly and the work on the car was carried out promptly. In addition, the car was spotless when I picked it up.
The car was ready quickly and wonderfully cleaned and polished and the coffee is superb.

Overall the service was fantastic until an oversight regarding paperwork led to the car being released before the finance paperwork had been signed. Hounding me when I'm in the middle of 5 night shifts on critical care isn't what I expect from bmw.
