I was not kept informed about the progress of my car. The tyres ordered did not arrive when I was told they would be which resulted in my car being in the garage for two days longer than it should of been.
Only very satisfied and not completely satisfied because of the length of time I had to wait to see a service manager to actually book the car in and then the same thing happened when I came to collect the car later in the day !

There are many garages around. some are cheaper and some dearer .What I want is to one that I can rely on so I just phone them up and forget about it.
Only a small slip up on my last experience. When I had an alarm CAT 5 fitted I wasn't informed that I needed to carry a fob with me at all times when I drive the car even though I asked about this before the install.

after owning the car 6 wks, the rear fog light failed and a warning light came on the dash board, i booked 'fast track' to fix this bulb problem but it took them 1 hour 40 to do this small job

On take delivery of new 5 series it became apparent that one of the add-on options was not as specified. Fairfield approached BMW on my behalf, BMW agreed to fix the problem with a retrofit but not until November. Fix great, not a service.

Although everything was very thorough, would have preferred to just drop the keys off. Though the service manager did manage to get me a fast path service, when I hadnt previously requested it.
As mentioned previously, I have been going to Fairfield since 2003 and have always had a good experience there.

I was greeted by a Fairfield representative who knew my name.Then the reception staff were friendly and the service representative,who I have known for many years,always provides an excellent service.The car was returned in pristine condition.
Very poor contact after the initial letter. Couldn't undertake the remedial work as the part wasn't available. Then no further contact with me. I had to phone again to re-arrange the work. This was for a recall by BMW
The staff were running low on time and was unable to wash my vehicle after the service. I was told this came in with the service provided.

I was notified I needed a service however the car was not yet due so I did waste an afternoon getting off work but the coffee was good
Not happy about the length of wait however I absolutely love the fact that the gentleman working outside knew my name on arrival just from my car reg. That is the level of customer service that truly makes a difference
When you enter the Fairfield complex you are treated with complete assurance that they are there for your personal satisfaction.
The person booking my car in over the phone didn't seem very helpful and I felt as though she wasn't listening. For example I said I had a water leak and was repeated back to me as an oil leak
only thing missing was contact at pick up to say vehicle taken (although I had made arrangements at security so not a biggy) - perhaps a little more precision around pick up time
Able to make booking for the day I wanted. Work completed swiftly. Was contacted when car was ready for collection. Only minor niggle was that link to video clip made by service technician showing state of car can no longer be sent via text message.

My arrival was not passed by reception to service reception resulting in a delay in passing my car over otherwise it would be higher

It would have been 5 star but I could not get them to talk on the phone. My first call they were too busy to talk. They said they would call back they didn't. I called again the following day and they were too busy I declined the offer of a call back
My car was serviced under the Service Pack Scheme and was carried out efficiently and in a good time.

The staff were so helpful and attentive towards me. I waited for approx 90 minutes and during this time, I was asked if I needed anything.
Were able to diagnose the problem and fix the car in a time convenient to us.
It was a miserable when we picked up the car. They had it in the showroom so it was presented at its best. We were taken through all aspects of the car and were able to ask questions if we needed. Have no complaints at all about the sales service.

Fantastic customer service as always from Fairfield, particularly Casey & Adrian. We did briefly consider a couple of other makes (Mercedes & Jaguar) but found BMW as always to give the best customer service.
All good service throughout
The centre had a wide variety of cars on display, unlike some dealers. My salesperson (Craig) dealt with my enquiry very professionally and once I purchased the car, he kept me informed throughout, without me ever having to chase.
I had no issues during the purchase or delivery, I was very happy the pick up could be put back a couple of days until the snow had cleared.
Stephanie took the time to make as feel important, sourced they car we wanted and took the time to keep us informed of what was happening and when the car was to be delivered
