In the event of an accident you may find yourself under pressure from your insurance company to have repairs carried out at a different Bodyshop (one approved by the insurance company rather than BMW). This is generally because of cost and administration convenience. Please remember however that the choice of repairer does not lie with the insurance company, it lies only with the policyholder, in other words with you!
