Overall I was really happy with pickup. I would recommend further training on all the idrive features though and maybe pre-booking in 30 minutes on collection for this because there was a lot more to learn above and beyond the phone connection.

on ordering told car would be 3 months,ready in October 23. Was then updated to18/9. O/s balance paid. Then advised of delay but no reason or eta given. This continued until car delivered in mid Jan 24. Not happy with delay with no real explanation.

Complete waste of time having to wait for two people to battle the service login system. they gave up after about 10 mins. Lady who phoned me had also not familiarised herself with the case facts before phoning me to book it in which was frustrating.

They said was a broken pipe. The pipe was then replaced and after I paid and took the car it still had the same issue. Took it back and they then said fuel pump needed replacing, so changed that and still had the same issue, but was charged for all.

My last visit was for a recall. Despite being booked months in advance I was not able to get a courtesy car or arrange collection from my home. I have previously had this option in last 20yrs of BMW service.

Would be 5 stars if the wait for a courtesy car wasn't so long. You have to book 2-3 months or more in advance which is simply ridiculous to be honest. This is definitely something you need to work on.

They were very courteous, and I believe they carried out the work well and they even cleaned my car very nicely. However, I noticed that my engine light was on on the way home, but this could just be a coincidence.

On the 13th March, I sent the dealer a query relating to the service and in particular, the brake bleeding. The message related to me being concerned the bleeding hadn't been completed correctly. I have since received no reply.

Quick and efficient service from all the staff I made contact with on this service. The X1 was in for a recall check of its cooling system but was given a full Vehicle Check whilst they had it and returned cleaned. Quick and efficient service .

Aaron, the guy I was dealing with was very slow to respond and ignored emails I sent him. The simple service the car went in for took 4 days. The simple warranty work to be checked was only looked at on the 4th day and still not resolved. no updates

Disappointed that my dash cam was disconnected but also not reconnected when in the car park. In the event of damage how would I prove where it occurred and by whom? Very annoying when I have spent a considerable amount of money to avoid such issues.

Recall to UPDATE TO PLANNED EXHAUST GAS RECIRCULATION COOLER REPLACEMENT & i was told that it's a all day JOB the car has to be COLD i was there at 7am so i new the car would be cold After 2hours the lady said it was done but never replace it

Overall was a happy experience. I fully understand the car wash/ valet is complimentary but was the only disappointment of the experience. It was carried to a poor standard & think I may choose not to have this going forward, which is disappointing.

During my last visit on 19th Feb 2024 the coins were nicked from the centre consul of the car. And all the other items in there were misplaced as if been searched thoroughly. Not coins but it's the trust that's lost.

See previous comment. I also asked when booking the vehicle in whether they would charge for simply adjusting the handbrake tension while replacing the front pads. I was met with "Yes, and we charge £220(?) per hour" A local garage later quote £40!

No improvement over Fairfield at all. Massive lead times if you want loan car, 3-4 months, unacceptable! especially for a safety recal. No waiting appointment for simple quick job. Still cant wash a car to save there life.

All recalls completed but on further checks two of the coolant hoses behind the radiator weren't clipped in securely. This could have caused future issues as they were in close proximity of the alternator belt/pulleys.
