No one available to clean the car
Car was booked in for a service on a Saturday. I received a call on the Friday to ask if I could bring it in that day as you were short staffed on the Saturday. I done this and collected the car on Saturday and waited over half hour to be seen to.
Excellent service given
Phoned up 8am to inform of a break pedal problem thay told me to bring the car down to have there mecs to investigate,although thay could not find what was the problem at this stage thay still managed to fit the car in,even tho there day was busy.
Issue has been resolved with a software update.
Service is great, individuals are efficient and polite, the only downside was a long wait.
Helpful staff and good service but equally disappointed by online booking and inaccuracy of information on the website.
Would be 5 stars but the price was too expensive. It was the same for all Bmw dealers though.

Service was all good but after the courtesy wash, there was water on the seats inside. Quite obvious when you opened the doors so a few seconds could have been used to clean up. Internal vacuum could have been done a bit better too.
Oil marks on near side passager inside door handle and already the rear camera has detached.
Easy to book in and out, telephone call explained issue had been resolved

I had previously reported a problem with the car washer fluid resevoir leak during the warranty period and was told it was normal even after an inspection. At the recent service it was listed as a problem. Obviously wasn't a normal occurrence.
Car was serviced and cleaned within the timescales given. There was a comfortable area to sit and wait and a good range of refreshments.
When i phoned up ,that my car couldn't be booked in till the end of January and was told to ring BMW assist ,which can sort of understand ,as i know people have they cars booked in,but mine had gone into limp mode! then had to wait 30min for my keys!
Everything went extremely well. This is my first service experienced with BMW and it equals if not surpasses the excellent experience I have with Mercedes for my second car.
Did exactly what was needed doing, helpful and knowledgable people.
Curtesy pick up made my life a lot easier.
ALWAYS THE SAME
I was kept informed every step of the way regarding pricing and was even sent a video clip of the tyres and brakes to highlight their condition.
I had to call to see if the car was ready - No problem but would have preferred to have known sooner
I would have given 5 stars had it not been for the fact that a 90 minute service turned into nearly 2 and a half hours!.Did have a supply of lovely beverages and biscuits though!
Good overall service. I waited while the vehicle was being serviced which was more convenient for me. All staff at Fairfield were effective and considerate
My B M W My husband bought it for me for my 60th birthday and was purchased in 2002 it has low mileage and has always been serviced and looked after by BMW. It's been the most wonderful car it's like part of meit has never once let me down.
2 attempts and 2 visits to fix. Had the car for 10 days. I had to chase for an update 2 or 3 times. Saturday I rang to be told tech and rep both off and no one knew status, I was told Id get a call Monday but didnt.
Confident with the report on vehicle
My car was kept in the service station an extra day , and I had to call and ask , No one actually informed me about it. The service history hasn't been fed into the car . I think i might have to pay another visit to get that done ?
Cause of fault identified and rectified quickly and I was kept informed. A seperate minor fault with a charger socket is still faulty despite me being assured it had been fixed.

The service was to standard replacement of the break fluid but the breaks have been left with a hight pitched squeak. This should have been obvious. The dealer have introduced a personalised service management concept but quite frankly being expect
In all fairness I complained about hurried service but I see this was in my interest to get the car back to me. Fairfield went the extra mile to repair the car and I appreciate their team effort
There is still an ongoing issue with my steering wheel which is wearing at accelerated rate and in hot weather is leaching a sticky substance that makes the vehicle almost unbearable to drive!
See my comments above but I was very happy to be kept iin touch tohave a named contact and to have my car back as soon as was possible and cleaned inside and out.
The Service took double te amount of time than what was stated, I spent alot of time hanging round waiitng, apparently an extra car for Servicing had been booked in and not accounted for? And the Service paperwork was incorrect.
Very helpful and attentive service staff. Experience in showroom was good and receptionists made me feel they were looking after customers also by asking if I had been seen

Everything taken care of
I had always used Fairfields for service and repair. However, as the car got older I started to use an independent garage, unfortunately a couple of recent repairs failed very soon after. As I had confidence in Fairfield that's where I went back to.

Cant fault the actual service experience. Enjoyed driving the Mini Cooper S courtesy car, an unexpected surprise.
I received a detailed sheet that advised me what was worked on, what the next service would cover, the MOT sheet and this was all added into my service screen in my car.
It was a "wait" service and told 90 mins but took over 2 hours. Had a 3pm appointment but was told that I should have been there in the morning!

The staff were very helpful. The only issue we had was that although we had arranged a time for the handover the genius was not available to explain the car system to us although he had been booked to see us.
The time between purchasing and collecting the car was shorter than we thought!

The dealership is very well presented, the staff are extremely helpful and the selection and availability of the various models is excellent. Collection was a well run and really enjoyable experience too.
The car was delivered when promised and presented in immaculate condition.The sales person was very knowledgeable and ran through all controls paperwork and made a follow up call to check we were happy with everything.

Initial order was very good.Car too much longer to arrive than was forecast.Finally took delivery of a black car in the rain so was unable to adequately check the paint work.
