Monty was proactive with updates regarding the progress of my vehicle, and great at collection, handling the issue well.
Only sight hindrance was they i was waiting over 30 minutes to pick the car up
Opted to wait for the MOT was well looked after
I received a detailed sheet that advised me what was worked on, what the next service would cover, the MOT sheet and this was all added into my service screen in my car.
Cant fault the actual service experience. Enjoyed driving the Mini Cooper S courtesy car, an unexpected surprise.
It was a "wait" service and told 90 mins but took over 2 hours. Had a 3pm appointment but was told that I should have been there in the morning!

I would have scored higher but having been told I needed to have the car looked for a recall scenario and then be told on pick up that it was not done, was mystifying.
From booking the car to picking it up, Fairfields Service people were helpful and friendly, as well as diagnosing the issue when I dropped the car off.
I went to have a wheel changed because the alloy was breaking down. I was called to say the job was done. I went to collect the car. When I checked the wheel, it hadnt been done. Good job I checked before I drove home. There was some confusion.
I booked the car in for a brake fluid service and delivered the car to the dealership at 8.00am. I left at 11.30am, having expected a maximium of 1.5 hours stay.
The fact you can have express service, drinks etc whilst you wait and still work from free WiFi is good.

You could have done nothing but clean my car and I would be none the wiser so I cannot assess the work done but your staff are always helpful and polite. I have taken half a star off because of the price but accept that you get what you pay.
They fixed my problems very quickly and did not waste my time. They were cheaper than bmw enfield steven james.

The service agent resolved an issue over the Service Plan which from a manufacturer/dealership product sale allows a maintenance plan to be ambiguous.

Service was done in a good quick manner but nothing was skipped car was washed.
All perfect but no proper parking place. The parking was completely full.

The car was delivered scratched. It took 2 visits to resolve as first visit did nothing. I appreciate mistakes can be made however I felt that some form of compensation should have been provided to acknowledge inconvenience / my disappointment
with an open market and jobs such as filter & oil change i don't think the premium you charged for being BMW is sufficient, could have got the same service else where. why charge such a premium for such a basic job. how about quality and affordable

The staff are really pleasant without being ' over the top' . I received a free MOT because I have always given good feedback which is well deserved. It seems a bit of a moan when your car is washed for you but the soft top was still dirty this time.

Everything went well with the exception of the replacement number plates we ordered, the rear one is damaged where it looks like the fixing screws have been over tightened. I have brought this to the attention of Carla Kent at Fairfield (via email)

Everyone is always so friendly and helpful. I think I got asked if I wanted a drink 3 times by different people when walking by and wants to make you feel at home while waiting.
I advised in advance that there was a problem with the tyre continually going down over 2 weeks. Only to be told on the health check nothing was wrong. I now have the service light saying my car needs an additional service 3800 miles or 2 months.
Very good - a bit of trouble getting through on the phone at times.

Dash Cam disconnected. Not noticed till the next day. Had I been involved in an accident I would not have video evidence for my insurance company. Tyres massively over inflated Front tyres 39 & 37 psi, rears both 34.6 psi.
They did exactly as they promissed
The car has been in for repair numerous times and always comes out with more faults than when it went in. I have given the dealership one last chance to repair all outstanding issues next month before taking advice on the options available to me.

Service was every thin I would expect from Fairfield
No one informed me that my car would effectively be taken back to factory settings and so when I got in the car it was a surprise and a bit annoying
I think my problem with the suspension is still there and find it hard to believe its should be like this,i have herd of a software/hardware fix to sort,there are ppl on forums that have had this and some have been cured.Also the plastic creaks(trim

The gentleman who came and picked up the car was polite, friendly and remembered that our granddaughter had been battling a very serious illness.really kind of him to ask after her, a real credit to Fairfield unlike the guy who sold us the cars.
I was called as I was leaving home to be told there were no loan cars as they hadnt been returned over the weekend. I was told I would be dropped home, only no drivers available so a cab was called which I had to pay for. No call back from Managers!

It was simple
I recently took my car in for a service at Fairfields and Brian Cooper was very helpful and arranged for the MOT at the same time to save me a return journeyand had my car ready as promised due to my time constraints.
there was an issue with a tyre valve that they did not fix although they damaged the valve , kept quiet about and cost me £30 TO HAVE REPLACED.
Again, the after sales service has let down the overall experience.
i do do not like having to wait for relatively long time the car computer setup was changed . no response about warrantee for the alloy wheels even after 10 days
After a few hiccups the garage sorted out the issue with my BMW

See above and when I drop the vehicle oof and collect it it aways takes a long time. Receptions are good and your waiting area is as well but I just want to drop off the keys and just collect the car when its ready.

From the moment I met Jim (lovely bloke in the car park meeting and greeting and parking cars) to the receptionists and sales team. Fairfield BMW was a breath of fresh air for a premiere car dealership. ( Jim is a top bloke lol)
Having never owned or driven a BMW I could have done with more time explaining the many features of the car and how to do certain things.
Minor glitch with the Sat Nav which was resolved by one of your team coming to meet me at work to get this resolved. This was due to BMW providing an incorrect code. Not an issue and was resolved in under 24 hours (once BMW had provided the code)
I think that my previous answers relay our complete satisfaction with Fairfield BMW.

Steve Pudney (Salesman) was very reliable and helped us further understand and achieve our goal vehicle and finances.
Again, it was painless although a few dealers do sometimes make a bit more fuss of the handover although this is not a criticism more of a suggestion. It would have been nice if there had been something for my youngest daughter who came with me.
They were great - everyone was fantastic, eben the gus helpling tp park the cars. Very welcoming and the daleman Paul Garrow was brilliant.
