The only reason this is not completely satisfied is that i had to wait almost a month to get a slot to fix the fault and even at that notice no complimentary car was available
My car received it's running in service and some bodywork/wheel repairs which were present on handover. I had to chase the service department to get my car to the body shop and felt I did the majority of the organising between the two.
From making a call for a service had to wait several weeks for an available slot.
Quick turnaround and staff are extremely helpful and friendly

Service itself was fine. You kept the car longer than necessary which was inconvenient.
The guy that I dealt with explained to me what was done to my car, they did extra check for me for free which I believe other garage will not do.

Same answer as above. This is my second BMW after having a very bad experience with a new BMW many years ago. This time the experience of purchase & service has been the complete polar opposite. I could not be more happy with my customer care.

Again the problem with the brake fluid not changed at the time of collecting the car and a below standard required tyre tread.
I had a damaged tyre. The tyre had done less than 65 miles. I was told that I had hit a pot hole. I new I hadn't. I was told they would send the tyre back to Bridgestone for a check and the replacement was £166 ish..NOT ENOUGH ROOM TO ANSWER THIS
When ever I go to Fairfield for a service or ordering a new car they are always welcoming they know who I am and why I am there. Service is excellent and when my car has been in for a service it is always completed timely.
Was a problem with shaking car after surveying come up problem with plugs and was estimate repair with Im agre to do but in the collection been inform next two need replace so that mean extra cost so over all we have car with same problem (shaking)
The service was quick. Staff were friendly and helpful and the waiting area is nice.
On the other bmw services i had the car washed after service With this one no car wash plus some oil mark on my interiors
Service level good
I was very happy with the service done. However the recall to do additional work in regards the the exhaust gas valve was not really explained to me. Further investigation on the internet reveals another major design flaw affecting diesel BMWs.
The service provided by Joe Nicholls and his team (Chris, Adam, Brian) is simply superb. They have fantastic attention to detail and always make sure the service visit is completed with minimal fuss.
I didnt have to call for an update on my vehicle as I was contacted and told the status of the repair.very pleasant phone call.
They went out of their way to resolve the issue of two customers wanting the same car. The sales assistant knew the cats very well and could answer all my questions.
