I went to have a wheel changed because the alloy was breaking down. I was called to say the job was done. I went to collect the car. When I checked the wheel, it hadn’t been done. Good job I checked before I drove home. There was some confusion.

Minor glitch with the Sat Nav which was resolved by one of your team coming to meet me at work to get this resolved. This was due to BMW providing an incorrect code. Not an issue and was resolved in under 24 hours (once BMW had provided the code)
