Everything was carried out on my vehicle as requested.
As mentioned the service wasn't nessecary. I was given a software update anyway. I used a days holiday from work plus spent £20 on two cab journeys and this only added to the inconvenience of travelling to and from the dealership during rush hour.

service cost great. Booked service 10 days in advance, promised i would be dropped off to work & picked up from work (just a mile away). Instead a taxi was booked which did not turn up. sales person kindly gave lift after waiting 45 mins.
Staff very helpful at all levels but it would be nice if they rung you back when they said they would.
service was excellent, on time, and included the answer to a symptom experienced driving the car. So many firms either forget to produce the answer, or waveaway the symptom as trivial.

While satisfied with Fairfield Garage, still disappointed that an "update" has removed the capability of playing the in car radio while having my phone connected to the car via Apple Car Play. This was possible previously and seems a step backwards
Whilst the problem appears to have been resolved (bad odours emanating from the climate control / air conditioning system) I was not happy to be told that I would be charged to resolve the problem even though the vehicle is still under warranty
The service provided was good, I cannot be critical but it still doesn't match the professional welcoming I get from the Lexus dealership where I get my first car serviced.
Dash cam had all the wires (power & rear connection) pulled and then not replaced. Took me a few days to notice that they had been removed

The booking in process was easy and my car was ready an hour earlier than expected. All staff are polite and helpful - nothing seems to be too much trouble for them.
Car taken for a service at 9 a.m. but not available for collection until after 5.30 p.m.
The vehicle in question was actually purchased by my friend, Mrs Vincent, who does not have access to the internet. She was particularly grateful for the kind, thoughtful and painstaking attention given by your colleague M/s Lauren Partner.

Very happy with the service and efficiency of Paul Gowers and all the staff Nice show room with plenty of cars to view and sit in.
The problem went back to the original purchase if the car. We replaced two batteries and sat nav replaced meaning we're out of pocket having to buy a new battery and pay the excess on the insurance before the problem was finally identified.
The key drop is good idea, but not for everyone, when the receptionist is not busy the personal touch helps
Communication was excellent throughout, I was kept updated and I was not kept waiting on either delivery or return.

We booked a service on our old car the day before it was due to be returned to BMW. This service was not carried out as they had it booked in for the day after it was collected. The date of collection was given to them several times.
Rey good, quick and efficient service
Service booking was made for the 28/08/19 however I needed to change the date. I called and changed the appointment to 31/08/19. BMW turned up on the 28/08 to collect my car meaning the change did not take place. Luckily hubby was working from home.
The Service itself was great, the car was returned lovely and clean, it's just the Micro filter issue which spoilt it

MOT carried out whilst waiting, but seemed to take a long time, when queried I was told car was being valeted, I feel the valet should be an option if you are waiting.
My initial visit regarding the fault on my car, was dealt with unsympathetically by the male service advisor. he gave negative responses to my concerns and questions, i hope i don't have to deal with him again. he was not a good ambassador for BMW.

The MOT was good then the aircon service revealed a fault which they fixed under warranty. Liaison with me was ok but I wasn't called on Saturday as promised and information was a bit wayward! Car was kept longer but couldn't get a car!
Friendly staff who clearly knew what they were doing
My only issue with the service I received was whoever cleaned my car. I needed to clean it again when I got home as they hadn't dried it properly, there were run marks everywhere, the boot hadn't been vacuumed, drivers mat just thrown in the footwell
Car came back with a scratch on it parts on my back seat and no return calls.

Service hit and miss as car was in for engine rattle for 2 weeks then home for 3 weeks before being returned as rattle still there and in garage for a further 3 weeks - we had to chase up to see what was happening
All worked according to plan and very efficient. Just a little longer wait than usual for the courtesy cleaning but not an issue that distracts from overall experience.
Collection and delivery of vehicle when they said they would .... brilliant service
Although my car was booked in for a safety recall it was given a visual check which revealed exposed cord on one tyre. This potential danger was reported to me, resulting in me buying a new tyre. Now driving in a safer car.

3 times I have said the keys are defective and break 3 times this has been ignored I was with a major client when the key fob got lost as it had come away from the main key. We spent an hour looking for it so as I could then restart the car
I have had a couple of dealings with Fairfields and I can't fault the staff or the service, friendly, professional and reliable.
Had to wait 25 minutes to be seen. Car was not cleaned. 12pm appointment for a 90 minute slot. Didn't leave till 14:10.

No one phoned when my car was ready for collection after servicing. I had to phone to find out. My car started to loose power as I drove away, therefore I took the car back. Had to wait until next day for my car to be fixed. No apology.

I had a problem with drivers side glove box lid not closing which was reported at time of servicing. I got notified that a replacement part had been ordered and should be arriving in a few hours for fitting. I was amazed that all was completed.

My car went in for recall was told it could take up to 6 weeks it was ready after couple of days can't get better than that

It wasn't a service my car had a recall
Given that I delivered my car at 08:00 but it wasn't ready until 17:00 it took far too long to do the service. I would appreciate an explanation of exactly why and how long the actual service takes.
The fast track service was not offered to me. I asked if they could advise the cost and was promised a call back which I never received. Also asked for tyres to be put at correct pressure which was not done even though i was told it was!
Service didn't pick up the main issue I identified. Then had to pay for diagnostics over same issue three days later, spending over £1100 on my car in one week, including two diagnostics. Staff didn't know of my appointment and didn't listen well. We
Last service sheet was left in service book as this was not stamped last time, but this was not returned with the service book & now I assume lost. I have emailed customer support & no response.

Good Morning Doctor and thank you for your feedback. Unfortunately, when a software issue arises, there will be diagnostic time which of course is chargeable. When the fault is found, a repair will be authorised by the customer and again a charge will be passed on. I understand this was explained.

When booking my car in I was told they would require my car for the entire day rather than giving me the option of a time slot.
Actual service good but would expect car to be cleaned properly when they had offered the service!
Paper contained an error: date of next service is shown as Nov 2019 while on board computer says Nov 2020. The centre confirmed 2020 as correct and explained the error was due to a known software fault. So why was this not explained up front?
I had no issues arising and my car was serviced to my satisfaction.

I have written to Peter Dodson of Fairfield (5.7.19) with my reasons for dissatisfaction but to date have not had the courtesy of a reply.
Quality of the product, and the service given
When picking up my car was asked if I wanted GB on plates said yes but wasn't done phoned them and they delt with it straight away no waiting or hanging around
Again, let down by communications.

During the repair a blue tooth speaker was removed from the car. Despite two phone enquirers there has been no satisfactory resolution of this matter. Also repair to Connected drive system has not been wholly successful, continues to randomly reboot
