Courtesy car provided and was better than originally expected which is a nice surprise. Also a good way to experience other vehicles in the range and more likely to make me stay with you as a customer in the future.
Staff great, very nice, I came in at 10am for a MOT and told on the phone no booking time, wasnt told how long it could be,sat in the showroom ALL DAY, left at 3-4 to be told I could of gone somewhere and would of rang when ready so wasted day for me

I requested a quotation from 2 different service personnel to supply and fit a dash cam and BMW foot lights - over a week on and still nothing and my guess is I will never get the quote unless I chase it.

Received a call to say rear brake pads needed changing, queried how the rears could be worn and yet fronts were ok - was told they had been checked and were fine until next service. Subsequently found these also very worn
My car went in for a MOT there was no problems and the car came back looking like new.
I cancelled by booking, I was not happy at the time I had to wait for an appointment and made alternative arrangements
Friendly staff who explained exactly what was to be done. Treated you with respect making you feel welcome.
Only thing was I asked who collect the car about looking at something and nothing was done or mentioned

I purposely picked a specific day so that I could receive a courtesy car whilst BMW resolved the recall issue, however upon arrival there was no pre booked car and after 20 minutes waiting around making me late for work i was told I wouldn't get one
The gentleman who dealt with me was polite and understanding and really knew his stuff
You offer a fast track service for vehicles which means I don't need to take a whole day off work or borrow one of your loan vehicles. I was there and back within 2 hours or so. Very happy. Allowed me to get so much done at home etc.

When trying to speak to someone before booking my car in for a service and trying to speak to someone about progress on the day, on both occasions there was nobody available to talk to me and both occasions nobody called back.
Problems not rectified and have had to come in again .... being self employed this costs me money!
Took 2hrs 40mins for fast track plus wash with no interim update or video. I went to desk to enquire and 'just doing paperwork' !

The man that helped me through the process I can't remember his name, was extremely helpful and rang me everyday to keep me in the loop, he always asked me if he could have my car another day and if there was anything he could do to help me!
I had to spend far to long there with my young son unexpectedly, tea and coffee machine broken.

My only gripe was that in between dropping off my car & completion of it's first service, the screen washer filter had co-incidentally become clogged up & stopped working. However, after discussion this was replaced FOC, so OK in the end thank you.

Came back with same problem it went in with.
I had a problem with the car that should of been dealt with under warranty.. which was the reason my car was in for, they ignored me and didn't fix the problem, now I'm having to go back again, it seems they just looking for ways to charge customers
my spectacles were in the car when collected but were not when returned.
Took more than twenty minutes before keys were taken off me. Had to sit watching salesmen bickering with each other on showroom floor.
This visit to the garage was for a recall on our series 3 M sport. The letter, explaining the recall, arrived at the end November/beginning of December but we couldn't book a spot to have it fixed until mid January!

Efficient / hospitable and value for money
Waited a long time to be served, also fault was not diagnosed correctly.
The fix wasn't successful.
I am convinced that when renewing vacuum hoses something went wrong. As since this work engine now stutters and tach flutters also the fuel usage indicator moves and the engine shakes. Whatever happened has resulted in the car being worth less.

No one available to clean the car
Car was booked in for a service on a Saturday. I received a call on the Friday to ask if I could bring it in that day as you were short staffed on the Saturday. I done this and collected the car on Saturday and waited over half hour to be seen to.
Excellent service given
Phoned up 8am to inform of a break pedal problem thay told me to bring the car down to have there mecs to investigate,although thay could not find what was the problem at this stage thay still managed to fit the car in,even tho there day was busy.
Issue has been resolved with a software update.

Oil marks on near side passager inside door handle and already the rear camera has detached.

Would be 5 stars but the price was too expensive. It was the same for all Bmw dealers though.
Service was all good but after the courtesy wash, there was water on the seats inside. Quite obvious when you opened the doors so a few seconds could have been used to clean up. Internal vacuum could have been done a bit better too.

When i phoned up ,that my car couldn't be booked in till the end of January and was told to ring BMW assist ,which can sort of understand ,as i know people have they cars booked in,but mine had gone into limp mode! then had to wait 30min for my keys!
Car was serviced and cleaned within the timescales given. There was a comfortable area to sit and wait and a good range of refreshments.
I had previously reported a problem with the car washer fluid resevoir leak during the warranty period and was told it was normal even after an inspection. At the recent service it was listed as a problem. Obviously wasn't a normal occurrence.
I was kept informed about the progress of my vehicle from start to finish.
Mr Casey Lyons is an excellent sales executive. He is knowledgeable, warm and friendly, again any questions were dealt with immediately.

As mentioned in question 1 I need to sort out a problem from the purchase/order of my car that I got through the Motability Scheme, I requested 3 addition to upgrade the spec of the car but on driving home I noticed I only had 2 of the 3 extras.
I cannot praise them enough from the first day to the last so helpful I enjoyed the experience.
Once order was placed I was kept fully up to date on shipping and delivery timescale.
Car was delivered pretty much within a week, a lot quicker than i had anticipated. Casey again took a huge amount of time checking that we were happy with everything and also in going through how to work all the features that the new car has to offer

The staff were very helpful. The only issue we had was that although we had arranged a time for the handover the genius was not available to explain the car system to us although he had been booked to see us.
