I was kept informed throughout. The video was great too. And my car was picked up and delivered very quickly.
Car goes in for an exhaust product recall, come out with another issue- high engine oil warning so has to go in again. Garage checked the oil level and reset false the warning without charge.

Done exactly what was expected
Due to COVID restrictions, Fairfield still managed to deliver an excellent friendly service.
These are strange times but I felt confident Fairfield were doing their utmost to keep their customers and staff safe. Car was serviced on time the whole process took about 90 minutes.
Very friendly reception, good communication with service advisor and advice from service staff. Car returned in advance of estimated time. Also, in these Covid times, precautions etc first class.
I had a problem with the "exhaust gas recirculating valve" which was resolved in a day while I was loaned an I3. All without charge.
All service work carried out, including mot with no problems.
