Service was done satisfactorily and as requested
Last service sheet was left in service book as this was not stamped last time, but this was not returned with the service book & now I assume lost. I have emailed customer support & no response.
Read above I will inform bmw headquarters and Trading Standards as my experience is nothing like milking the customers. If you try to tell me this was appropriate handling of my issue my reply is only one - will go to Merc or Audi next time
Good Morning Doctor and thank you for your feedback. Unfortunately, when a software issue arises, there will be diagnostic time which of course is chargeable. When the fault is found, a repair will be authorised by the customer and again a charge will be passed on. I understand this was explained.
MOT was done in good time and car cleaned as well, what is not to like?
Dealt with my service and tyre replacement with top efficiency and managed to sort my wife's tyre replacement at the same time. top marks!

When booking my car in I was told they would require my car for the entire day rather than giving me the option of a time slot.
Actual service good but would expect car to be cleaned properly when they had offered the service!
Paper contained an error: date of next service is shown as Nov 2019 while on board computer says Nov 2020. The centre confirmed 2020 as correct and explained the error was due to a known software fault. So why was this not explained up front?
I had no issues arising and my car was serviced to my satisfaction.
Always friendly environment, waiting area is really nice and the cars in the showroom are lovely to look at.

It's not actually fixed the problem and I need it to be checked again. Luckily it's booked in for the first service, so hoping it will be dealt with, whilst I do have a courtesy vehicle, this time.

I have written to Peter Dodson of Fairfield (5.7.19) with my reasons for dissatisfaction but to date have not had the courtesy of a reply.

When picking up my car was asked if I wanted GB on plates said yes but wasn't done phoned them and they delt with it straight away no waiting or hanging around

During the repair a blue tooth speaker was removed from the car. Despite two phone enquirers there has been no satisfactory resolution of this matter. Also repair to Connected drive system has not been wholly successful, continues to randomly reboot

An excellent all round service. All staff were friendly and a prompt service.
The only downside which prevents me giving full marks is the amount of waiting around customers have to put up with. It seems as though talthough there are lots of employees they are all busy doing something else or engaged in private chit chat.
I did mention that I would like my wheels balanced as I had a vibration but to the best of my knowledge this was not done and there nothing written to say that it was
The service was first rate with the greatest of help and support from all departments in the diagnosis of the fault, the repair to the car, and the service from the reception staff. To be highly recommended.
I think my response above says it all. I would have said completely dissatisfied but the finished job was good (apart from the small issue mentioned above).
Hats off to William in servicing who I spoke to. He remained thoroughly professional and very helpful every step of the way from vehicle pick up to drop off.
I had my car book in for service , I was told it was just a brake fluid service . After I picked my car up as I pulled away oil service message came up which my I drive did say before I booked . It is a motability car but I still have to pay for it
Full marks for the staff and the work. Only the website drags the score down. Was unable to get it to let me book a service, had to phone up. (Which was a better experience anyway.)

When collecting the car there was no attempt by the advisor to discuss the repair and was given very little information with the various work carried out. While driving home, I found out the Computer system was reset while checking reverse camera etc

This time I had to wait the whole day until I got my car back from servicing. It was not until 15/20 mins after closing that I was able to have my car back even though I had dropped it off before 08:30.
Staff were polite, but pricing seemed wildly variable and made me feel I might be paying an unnecessary premium. Delay for additional hour was not necessary. Work does however appear to have been done well.

In order to get a replacement car I'd have to book months in advance...apparently... No shuttle service to local station which I have experienced at other BMW dealers
The service highlighted a nail in a tyre, when I picked the car up I mentioned I took out tyre insurance last year, the service man gave excuses that not all things are covered, I thought he might have checked seeing as I bought from Fairfield.

The sales advisor was professional and friendly - I was kept up to date with the progress and the scheduled delivery date.
The experience was not too time consuming, nor did I feel rushed. The salesman was excellent, friendly and efficient. Felt very well looked after when collecting my new car, it was lovely.

I was welcomed into the dealership like an old friend, the staff actually remembered my name which I really liked. 1 man in particular Mr Styles deserves a special mention, he made sure from the moment I arrived that I was completely looked after.
They were helpful in specifying the car and locating one to fit the specification. The explanation on hand over was comprehensive.
Sofiane was so helpful and so was the reception staff. In particular one lady who made us feel very welcome, she even remembered us when we came back in to get the car.
